The AIMS members would like to congratulate the 8th UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon on his re election as the Chairman of the International Olympic Committee Ethics Commission.
The United Nations and the International Olympic Committee have a close working relationship. Both organisations contributing to building a peaceful and better world. The 8th UN secretary general strongly believes in the role of sport to address the many global challenges we face.
Mr. Ban Ki moon has supported the AIMS and UTS family on many occasions. Opening SportAccord and UTS festival on the Gold Coast and together with IOC President Bach as the key note speaker at the UTS conference. He also opened the conference of the UTS Word Virtual Youth Festival. The AIMS family sends their congratulations.
