The French senate adopting a bill aiming at aligning the country’s legislature with the World Anti-Doping Code and the ex-British Cycling and Team Sky chief doctor Richard Freeman being charged by UK Anti-Doping (Ukad) with two violations of anti-doping rules made the headlines in the last two weeks.
