The AIMS council met in Lausanne at the Maison du Sport Internationale. Many important issues were discussed, AIMS President gave a detailed report on the SportAccord Council meeting, including decisions taken by the Council. AIMS General Secretary, Dr. Zimmermann made an administrative report, while the various commissions, headed by Dr Gabriel discussed plans on future Social Responsibility projects.
AIMS will continue to work closely as one of the SportAccord and IOC recognized IF umbrella organisations to protect the Olympic values and work in good governance towards the overall development of sport.
